Ingredients of Vegetable soup
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Capsicum (Julian cut).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Cabbage.
- You need 1/2 cup of Carrot (Julian cut).
- You need 1/2 cup of Pea.
- It's 4 tbsp of Spring onion (green part).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Spring onion (white part).
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic chopped.
- It's 2 tbsp of Butter.
- You need of Black pepper (as required).
- It's of Salt (to taste).
- You need 500 ml of Water.
- It's 1 packet of Chicken powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ketchup.
Vegetable soup instructions
- In a bowl add tomato ketchup and soy sauce mix well and set aside.
- On medium flame heat pot.Add butter and chopped garlic and white part of spring onion fry it for 2min on medium flame.
- Add cabbage, carrot and peas bhoonify it for 2min.
- Add prepared sauce mixture (soy sauce and ketchup) again bhoonify it for 2min.
- Add 500ml of water (mixed with chicken powder).
- Cover and cook for 10min.
- After 10min add capsicum and spring onion stir it.
- Add 2tbsp of cornflour mixed with 2tbsp of water.
- Continuously stir it until it's thick.
