Peri Chicken Pitas instructions

  1. Prep the pitas.Sift dry ingredients, add oil then water, mix to form dough. Cover bowl and leave to rise 4 an hour. Take out make small golf balls. Roll out on floured surface into little circles. Cook on hot thawa till brown with 1Tbs butter and 2Tbs oil melted together. Spread butter and oil mixture on both sides when cooking.
